Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be in original packaging and condition. Contact us before returning any items to receive return authorization and instructions.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Ongoing maintenance contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Custom orders, opened products, and services already performed are not eligible for return. Installation services and completed field work are considered final once work has begun or been completed.
